Mr. Biceps, Zac Aynsley

Having survived being bullied as a scrawny teen in Morpeth, England, Zac transformed himself through intense workouts at the gym, and devotion to the memory of Zyzz, into one of the hottest fitness models in the industry. Through dedication, healthy diet and sheer charisma “Mr. Biceps” has become internationally known, traveling widely, with a vast Instagram fan base.

One of his biggest thrills was meeting his idol Arnold Schwarzenegger who was highly complimentary of Zac’s aesthetics. A Team GAT athlete, Zac is sponsored by Gym Aesthetics and at only 22 years of age now commands a good income for his numerous paid photo shoots. He’s riding high on fame and fortune and loving every minute of it.
